We make our award-winning handcrafted wines from varietal grapes selected from vineyards in the Northeast and California for outstanding flavor. Our products are never from concentrate and don’t contain artificial colors or flavors. They are naturally gluten-free. Each cider and wine is authentic and unique.

JOHHNY MASH ORIGINAL
American Cider
Meet the legendary American patriot Johnny Mash. When he’s not out walking our Berkshire orchards growing some of the finest apples in the world, you’ll find him in the cidery with his namesake beverage in-hand. Made with estate-grown McIntosh and Northern Spy apples and slowly aged in American oak, the Original Johnny Mash is semi-sweet with a lightly toasted oak finish. This American cider will invoke the spirit of a New England autumn every time you open a can!
Ingredients: Fresh Cold Pressed Apples.

JMASH CIDERY
Farmhouse Hazy Cider
We’ve scrumped (stolen) a few scrimps (withered apples) in order to make Farmhouse Hazy. A variety of estate-grown heritage apples are fermented in the traditional Herefordshire manner to produce this wickedly dry cider. This scrumpy is spiritous, crisp, and rustic, with high-tannins and a full-bodied, tart mouthfeel. So be transported to a West Country pub, sink a pint o’ scrumpy, and let this cider be the spice o’ life!

Coconut Lime Cider
Imagine hitting the beach with a bucket loaded with JMASH Coconut Lime Hard Cider – the sand beneath your feet, the crash of the waves, and the refreshing tropical flavors of bright lime and creamy coconut hitting your tongue. Our newest cider can take you there any time and will leave you reaching for another!

JMASH CIDERY
French Cidré
Let our French Hard Cidré transport you to an outdoor café in Normandy overlooking the Channel. Aged in French oak and made with Hilltop Orchard’s estate-grown heritage Golden Russet apples, this amber cider is fermented with the apple skins on before being slowly aged in French oak. The product is a rich and bittersweet cider with characteristics of overripe apples and a dry finish.

TRADITIONAL APPLE CIDER
Hilltop Orchards fresh apple cider tastes like autumn in New England. Made with a blend of apples picked from our orchards, Our fresh cider is bursting with refreshing flavor.
Since 1987, we have made premium cold-pressed fresh cider using an exclusive blend of our sweet and tart apples right from the orchard. We gently care for each apple and use the traditional “rack and cloth” method for getting the most juice out of every apple. It’s as close as you can get to eating whole fruit.
Non-alcoholic and non-sparkling, Hilltop Orchards fresh apple cider is delicious served chilled and perfect for entertaining a crowd that includes both kids and adults.
A special tip: warm our cider on the stovetop during those cool evenings or winter nights for an amazing, delicious treat.
